Ovi Uslovi korištenja ("Uslovi") uređuju vaš pristup i korištenje SquadUp mobilne aplikacije za iOS i Android ("Aplikacija") i povezanih usluga, funkcija i sadržaja dostupnih kroz Aplikaciju (zajedno, "Usluge"). Usluge predstavljaju sportsku društvenu i organizacijsku platformu koja podržava, između ostalog, mečeve, klubove, sportske centre, chat, članstva, rezervacije i takmičenja.
IMPORTANT: By creating an account, checking the required acceptance boxes in the sign-up interface, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1) Acceptance of Terms 1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of SquadUp ("we," "us," "our"). 1.2 Acceptance Mechanism. The App's sign-up interface includes required agreement checkboxes for the Privacy Policy and these Terms. Checking those boxes (or otherwise using the Services) constitutes acceptance. 1.3 Additional Terms. Certain features may be subject to additional terms or policies presented in-app. If presented, those additional terms are incorporated by reference.
2) Eligibility and Age Requirements 2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 15 years old to use the Services. 2.2 Capacity. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. 2.3 Local Availability. The Services are currently intended for use in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We may change availability at any time.
3) Account Registration and Security 3.1 Account Creation. You may register using email/password or OAuth login (Google Sign-In and/or Sign in with Apple). 3.2 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. 3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account and to keep it current. 3.4 Password Reset. Password reset functionality is available through the Services. 3.5 Account Deletion. The Services include an account deletion flow. When you initiate account deletion, deletion happens right away and we delete all user data.
4) User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct 4.1 User Responsibilities. You agree to use the Services responsibly, safely, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 4.2 Prohibited Conduct. You may not: - Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or violent conduct. - Organize or promote dangerous activities without appropriate safeguards. - Post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. - Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or mislead users about match/reservation details. - Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization. - Circumvent access controls (including private match codes) or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services. - Use scraping, automated extraction, or abusive request patterns that degrade service availability. 4.3 Safety and Community Expectations. You must behave respectfully in matches, clubs, venues, and chats, including during in-person interactions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and third parties.
5) Sports Participation and Assumption of Risk 5.1 Assumption of Risk. Sports and related physical activities involve inherent risks (including injury, illness, property damage, and other harms). By participating in activities organized through the Services (matches, trainings, competitions, venue bookings, check-ins), you assume all such risks to the maximum extent permitted by law. 5.2 No Medical Advice. We do not provide medical advice or fitness guidance. You are responsible for assessing your fitness and readiness to participate. 5.3 Your Responsibility. You are responsible for safe participation, using appropriate equipment, complying with venue rules, and following applicable laws.
6) Matches, Reservations, and Scheduling Rules 6.1 Matches. Users can create and join public or private matches. Private matches may require a match code. Matches may support: - Individual and/or squad-based joining (individual/squad/both) - Invites and participant limits - Team assignment and scoring - Match ownership transfer - Cancellation 6.2 Organizer Responsibilities. If you create/organize a match, you are responsible for accurately describing match rules, requirements (e.g., skill level, equipment), location, time, participant limit, and any code-based access restrictions, and for behaving safely and lawfully. 6.3 Joining Rules. You agree to comply with match access requirements (including codes), participant limits, and any organizer rules disclosed in-app. 6.4 Reservations, Time Slots, Courts, and Status Changes. The Services support scheduling and bookings via time slots/courts/location bookings, including reservation status changes. 6.5 Admin-Created Reservations. Club/center admins can manually create reservations and include customer_name and optionally customer_phone. If you are an admin, you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to provide those details (see Sections 10 and 13). 6.6 No Guarantee of Availability. Time slots and reservation availability may change. We do not guarantee any particular slot, court, or venue will remain available.
7) Memberships, Plans, Orders, Billing, Cancellations, Refunds 7.1 Membership Features. The Services support organization memberships, roles, approvals, and statuses (including pending/paid/unpaid), membership IDs, plan assignment, expiry and/or session credits. 7.2 Approvals and Access. Organizations may require approval for membership requests and may assign roles. Access to certain club/center features may depend on membership status and role. 7.3 Shop Orders. The Services include a data model for shop products/orders with states including draft/submitted/fulfilled/cancelled. 7.4 Payments Not Processed In-App. Payments are not live in the App. If any payments are required for memberships, reservations, products, or paid activities, they are handled in-person and outside the App, directly between you and the relevant club/center/venue/organizer. We are not a payment processor for such in-person payments. 7.5 Cancellations and Refunds. Any cancellation or refund arrangements (if any) are handled in-person and outside the App, directly between you and the relevant club/center/venue/organizer.
8) User Content and License Grant 8.1 User Content. The Services may allow you to create, upload, submit, store, or share content including messages, comments, poll votes, posts, image galleries, feedback submissions, and user reports ("User Content"). 8.2 Content Visibility. Depending on context, User Content may be visible to other users (e.g., in match/training/squad/club group chats, posts, and related screens). You are responsible for what you share and with whom. 8.3 License to Operate the Services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services, and to enforce these Terms. 8.4 Your Warranties. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. 8.5 Client-Side Message Encryption. Chat messages are encrypted client-side before storage. We do not describe this as end-to-end encryption. 8.6 Content Removal. We may remove or restrict access to User Content as described in Section 13.
9) Communications and Push Notifications 9.1 Service Communications. We may send service-related communications (including security and operational notices) through in-app messaging, email, or push notifications where available. 9.2 Push Notifications. The Services use OneSignal for push notifications. You can control push notification permissions through your device settings and, where provided, in-app settings. 9.3 External Links and Contact Actions. The Services may enable external links (opening a browser) and actions that initiate phone calls or messages via WhatsApp/Viber; those are subject to the third party's terms and your carrier/provider terms.
10) Platform Role and Third-Party Services 10.1 Platform Role. SquadUp provides software tools to facilitate sports organization and social interaction. We are not a sports venue, club, coach, referee, tournament operator, medical provider, or insurer, and we do not guarantee the conduct of users, clubs, centers, or venues. 10.2 Third-Party Services. The Services rely on third-party products/services including: - Supabase (Auth, Postgres, Realtime, Storage, RPC, Edge Functions) - OneSignal (push notifications) - Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (OAuth) - Google Maps/location services - OpenWeather 10.3 Third-Party Terms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts/omissions. 10.4 Network and Device Dependencies. Your use of the Services depends on your device capabilities and internet connectivity; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. 10.5 Security Controls. We implement row-level security (RLS) on core backend flows to help enforce access controls. No security measure is perfect, and you remain responsible for safeguarding your account and device.
11) Intellectual Property 11.1 Our IP. The Services (including software, designs, trademarks, and related content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 11.2 Limited License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your lawful personal use (or, for admins, for lawful organizational administration as permitted by these Terms). 11.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except to the extent permitted by law.
12) Privacy and Data Handling Reference 12.1 Privacy Policy. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website and in the App. 12.2 No Advertising Sale/Sharing. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising. 12.3 No Analytics/Crash Reporting/Advertising. The Services do not use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising. 12.4 Camera. The App does not use the camera.
13) Moderation, Reports, Blocking, and Enforcement 13.1 User Reports. The Services support user reports and feedback submissions. We may review reports to enforce these Terms, maintain safety, and respond to alleged misconduct. 13.2 Blocking. The Services support user blocking. If a user blocks another user, interactions between them are restricted. 13.3 Enforcement Actions. We may take enforcement actions including removing content, limiting visibility, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, or involving law enforcement where appropriate.
Admin-Specific Compliance Obligations 13.4 Admin Role Definition. Users with club/center admin functionality (including organizers managing members, notes, files, competitions, reservations, and exports) ("Admins") have additional obligations under these Terms. 13.5 Lawful Handling of Personal Data. If you are an Admin and you: - collect participation data via forms (which may include full name, phone number, transport details, arrival time, experience/license fields), - create reservations containing customer_name and optional customer_phone, or - upload/export/share files (avatars, logos, post images, product images, member report PDFs, CSV/PDF exports), you represent and warrant that you will (a) collect and process such data lawfully, (b) use it only for legitimate purposes related to the relevant match/training/reservation/membership/competition, (c) minimize data collection to what is necessary, (d) keep exports and files secure, (e) share them only with authorized recipients, and (f) comply with applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations. 13.6 Export Controls. Admins must ensure that exported CSV/PDF files and OS share actions are used responsibly, stored securely, and not disclosed publicly or to unauthorized third parties. 13.7 No Unlawful Marketing. Admins must not use user data obtained through the Services for unlawful marketing, spam, or unsolicited communications.
14) Suspension and Termination 14.1 By You. You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account via the in-app deletion flow. 14.2 By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a safety risk, or create legal exposure for the Services, subject to applicable law. 14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, you do not have access to the Services.
15) Disclaimers of Warranties 15.1 As-Is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. 15.2 No Guarantees. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content (including match details, membership status, reservation status) is accurate or reliable. 15.3 Third Parties. We disclaim warranties for third-party services and third-party content.
16) Limitation of Liability 16.1 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Services. 16.2 Sports Risks. We are not responsible for injuries or damages arising from participation in sports activities arranged via the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by law. 16.3 Third Parties. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of clubs, centers, venues, organizers, or other users.
17) Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our personnel from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your User Content, or (d) your interactions with other users, clubs, centers, or venues.
18) Changes to Terms 18.1 Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. 18.2 Notice. We will provide notice of material changes through the App and/or other reasonable means. 18.3 Continued Use. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
